This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you as the user ("Member") and the bosjudi platform ("Platform", "We", "BosJudi"). By registering, accessing, or using bosjudi's services in any form — whether via website, mobile app, or other media — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document.

Some terms used in this document:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active account at bosjudi.
• "Services" covers all products and features available on the bosjudi platform, including but not limited to online games, sports betting, financial transactions, the VIP program, and customer support.
• "Balance" refers to funds held in a member's account, including both real deposits and bonus balances earned from promotions.
• "Turnover" refers to the total value of bets placed by a member within a given period.

To use bosjudi services, you are required to create an account by completing the registration form fully and accurately. Required information includes your full legal name as shown on your ID, active email address, phone number, and any other identity details needed for the verification (KYC) process.

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Submitting false, fake, or misleading information — including using another person's identity — is a serious violation that may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

• Each individual is only permitted to register one account using their own identity.
• A single IP address, device, or payment method may only be linked to one active account.
• Accounts created with false or duplicate data will be closed without prior notice.
• KYC verification must be completed before making the first withdrawal.

Access to the bosjudi platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not an active employee of bosjudi, a direct business partner, or an immediate family member of any of the aforementioned parties.
• Register voluntarily and of their own free will.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion status previously requested with bosjudi.

BosJudi reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a member is found to be using the platform without meeting the eligibility requirements, the account will be immediately closed and the balance held for further review in accordance with applicable internal procedures.

All transactions on the bosjudi platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported payment methods include DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, QRIS, Virtual Account, and direct bank transfers to major banks in Indonesia.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, as listed on the cashier page in the app.
• Funds received into the bosjudi account will be credited to the account balance once payment confirmation is received.
• BosJudi is not responsible for delays caused by disruptions from third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your bosjudi account.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal processing time depends on the member's VIP level — ranging from standard to instant for Elite members.
• BosJudi reserves the right to delay withdrawals for additional security verification purposes when necessary.

BosJudi offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs for both new and active members. Each bonus has specific terms listed on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonus types:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• BosJudi reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus system abuse — including coordinating across accounts to exploit promotions — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• VIP Cashback is credited automatically every Monday and can be used immediately or withdrawn with no additional turnover requirement.

All games available on the bosjudi platform are operated by internationally licensed game software providers. Game outcomes are determined by an independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system — ensuring every result is random and fair.

In the event of a technical disruption — such as a disconnection mid-session, server error, or payment system failure — bosjudi will review the situation based on server records, which are considered final. If the disruption is proven to have originated on bosjudi's end, affected bets will be credited back or settled fairly in accordance with applicable rules.

• Confirmed bets cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the member.
• Bets placed by exploiting technical loopholes or system bugs will be voided and funds returned.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any cheating tools is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your bosjudi account login credentials — including your username, password, PIN, and two-factor verification code. Never share your login details with anyone, including individuals claiming to be bosjudi staff.

BosJudi will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you receive such a request, report it to our security team immediately. Change your password right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The following activities on the bosjudi platform are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and referral of relevant information to the appropriate authorities where necessary:

• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial transactions.
• Fraud, game manipulation, or the use of cheating software.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions without authorization.
• Harassment, threats, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or fellow members on any communication channel.
• Sell, transfer, or rent a bosjudi account to any other party.
• Use bosjudi services for commercial purposes without written authorization from management.

Members may request account closure at any time through the customer support team. Once closed, any remaining balance will be processed for return to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, after final verification is completed.

BosJudi also reserves the right to unilaterally close an account under the following circumstances:

• A violation of these Terms & Conditions has been identified.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or system abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified time limit.
• Requests from competent legal authorities.

BosJudi provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we work diligently to maintain service stability with a 99.9% uptime target, we cannot guarantee the platform will be entirely free from disruptions — including those caused by scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure.

BosJudi is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected profits, business losses, or data damage caused by factors beyond the platform's control.

Bosjudi's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 calendar days preceding the date the claim is submitted.

BosJudi reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via platform notifications, registered email, or app notifications at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the bosjudi platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.

Member Rights:

• Receive full access to all bosjudi services in accordance with the applicable VIP level.
• Receive clear and transparent information regarding bonus terms, promotions, and platform features.
• Submit complaints or disputes through the customer support team and receive a response within a reasonable timeframe.
• Request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance at any time.
• Use the responsible gaming features available, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options.

Member Obligations:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in all interactions with the platform.
• Keep account credentials confidential and not share them with any other party.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment, not for commercial or illegal activities.
• Comply with all applicable terms and respect decisions made by bosjudi under this Agreement.
• Play responsibly and make use of available self-protection features whenever needed.
